Lake Macquarie Autumn Fair 2023

Lake Macquarie City Council and the Rotary Club of Toronto are running the Lake Macquarie Autumn Fair on 06 May, with an invite for our Club to display Member’s cars. Entry is free for display cars.
The MGCC HR contingent will assemble on Creek Reserve Rd near the Council Depot at 7:30 to enter the park at 8am, see pic below. I won’t be available that day, but follow the map & site plan (below) and you will find your way.
Cars are required to stay until 1:30, after which exit can be arranged with one of the event marshals to help keep people clear, otherwise the event closes at 4pm. See the attached plan for further details.
